At Mod + Jo, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your jewelry.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is scanned for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
